School Leadership

Wooten Elementary is supported by a collaborative leadership team with distinct roles that work together to manage campus operations, strengthen instruction, and support student success.

Campus Administration

The principal, assistant principal, and assistant principal intern lead the daily operations of the school. Together, they oversee campus systems, staff support, student safety, family communication, school culture, and the implementation of our mission and vision.

Administrative Interns

Our administrative interns are current classroom teachers who also have their principal certification. They are being mentored as they prepare for future leadership roles in education. In addition to their teaching responsibilities, they will take on selected campus leadership duties, participate in problem-solving and planning, and gain hands-on administrative experience under the guidance of the principal and assistant principal.

Because they remain classroom teachers, their primary responsibility continues to be serving their students.

Instructional Leadership

Our content interventionists focus primarily on teaching and learning. They coach and collaborate with teachers, help strengthen instructional practices, analyze academic data, coordinate student supports, and work directly with students when needed.

Their work helps ensure that every classroom provides high-quality instruction and that students receive the support necessary to grow and achieve strong academic outcomes.
